14-day money-back guarantee. No questions asked.

Email help@appetised.com within 14 days of your purchase and you will be refunded in full.

You do not need to give a reason. There are no conditions, no exceptions and no fees deducted.

After 14 days

Email us anyway and we will do our best to put it right. We would rather refund someone than have them stuck with software that is not working for them.

Subscriptions

Where a product is sold as a subscription, you can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us, and you will not be charged again.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. They usually appear within a few working days, depending on your bank.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is offered in addition to your legal rights, and nothing here limits them. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, your rights under consumer law apply in full.
